Complete perinatal support

Service Description

Follow-up care covering pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Pregnancy: A minimum of 3 appointments to discuss your needs and desires, prepare for the postpartum period, alleviate certain discomforts, and support the co-parent during this period. Birth: Available in-person support at the hospital, birthing center, or at home (always in collaboration with a midwife). Postpartum: At least 3 appointments including listening time, practical tools for daily life, and a space to discuss topics such as breastfeeding/chestfeeding, mental health, sexuality, and nutrition. This support also includes a postnatal massage for the birthing partner and a massage for the infant (which parents can participate in or take advantage of to relax). This also includes transportation. The first appointment will take place in a café, restaurant, or via video conference; this will allow us to get to know each other and see if we want to continue this journey together. If you decide not to proceed, you will only have to pay this CHF 40. Prices can be adjusted to suit your needs; please feel free to discuss this with me.
